These Terms set out the rules that apply when you visit Actovoxi, including every page, feature, and title available through the platform (the “Service”). By continuing to browse Actovoxi, you signal your agreement to these Terms in their entirety and confirm that you satisfy the age threshold described in Section 2.

Should any provision be unacceptable to you, we ask that you leave the platform immediately.

Access to Actovoxi is limited to individuals who are at least nineteen (19) years of age. Visitors who do not meet this threshold are prohibited from entering the hub or interacting with any title, whether accompanied or not.

We employ a combination of self-certification and technical safeguards to uphold this restriction. Providing a false declaration about your age is treated as a material violation of these Terms.

Every title presented on Actovoxi is a free social game experience — a simulated, non-commercial interactive session with no connection to real-world currency or assets. Points, tokens, or scores generated during a session hold zero transferable value. The platform does not process payments of any kind.

• In-session resources cannot be redeemed, traded, or converted outside the platform.
• No outcome within a title implies any form of material return.

Visitors are expected to interact with the platform honestly and lawfully. You must not bypass or tamper with age-verification controls, attempt to exploit technical weaknesses, harvest data through automated means, or disrupt the experience for others.

Any form of reverse engineering, bot-driven access, or unauthorised redistribution requires advance written approval from Actovoxi.

Actovoxi and its studio partners retain full ownership of every visual element, text passage, layout design, and title asset displayed on the platform. Your access grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view the content within the Service — nothing more.

Copying, distributing, or creating derivative materials from any part of the platform is forbidden without express written consent.

Certain titles are developed and maintained by external studios and are embedded within the Actovoxi interface. While we select and present these titles, the studios themselves govern their operation, uptime, and internal diagnostics. Actovoxi bears no responsibility for behaviour that originates inside a third-party title frame.

Actovoxi delivers the Service on an as-is, where-available basis. We disclaim, to the fullest extent allowed by law, every warranty — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.

Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Actovoxi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time — whether to reflect platform updates, new title additions, or shifts in the regulatory landscape. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page.

Your continued presence on the platform following a revision indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
